Ticket Transfers
We understand that sometimes life gets in the way and all of a sudden you can no longer attend that exquisite dinner you've been waiting for. And up until now, your tickets have ALWAYS non-transferrable but we have now updated our policy beause we want you to have the best experience possible. Starting May 2025, you will now be able to transfer your tickets*.
*Please note that ticket transfers are only possible if the following conditions are met:
A Club Service Fee is applicable to that particular event.
The event to which the ticket will be transferred is happening in the same month.
The ticket is of equal or lesser value.
You have a minimum of 500 points.
